perfect for camping or balcony
Bought this bbq for camping and it worked out great. Doesn't take up much space when legs are folded. Tanks are easy to find in stores. Cooks good and cleans up easy. Good value when it's on sale!

Very Good for what it is.
If you are looking for an everyday BBQ this will probably dissappoint. But for what it is, a portable, little, camping and picnic BBQ, I think it works very well. Not as compact as others but this one gives cooking area and as really good heat.
Like others have said, very good deal on sale. Probably wouldn't pay the $50 or $60 for it though.

Far from good. Slightly better than awful.
If you can get this on sale for half-price you won't feel so bad. If you paid full-price then you paid too much!
It's lacking a real grill. Instead it has a coated wire rack. It's really made for just hot dogs and hamburgers. Do NOT expect to do any gourmet grilling and smoking with this unit. Anything with a generous amount of fat or skin (like chicken breasts) will cause a major fire in the BBQ. It's too light weight to keep grease fires from starting! If you are cooking anything that requires a long time this unit cannot handle the heat! The cover warped from the heat which caused the paint to flake off. This happened in just 6 weeks of use! The starter/lighter stopped working in the first week of use. The grease trap is useless. Grease seems to drip from everywhere. I have now had the BBQ for two months. I have used it pretty much every day.
I have had some success when keeping it simple. If you are not adventurous in your cooking then this might be a good deal for you. If you are taking it camping it could also be great to have. If you are serious about grilling then you should avoid this!

Best value for money!
This is the Best Purchase of the year. I am very happy with this portable barbecue, it takes very little space and grills food like any other high-end appliances. The heating area is good enough to prepare 10 chicken drum- sticks at once. The quality of this product is excellent, the built-in thermometer is very very handy. the legs are foldable, so you can carry this appliance virtually anywhere. That's a big plus.
It would be ideal to connect this barbecue with a 20lb propane tank using an adapter hose for everyday usage. 1 lb cylinders are expensive, thus can be used for campings/picnics as they are easy to carry.

Serves the purpose well
This little BBQ works quite well. Heats up & cooks very fast for cooking foods in tin foil. the temperature guage is very helpful in regulating cooking heat. it feels tinny but holds the heat well. The electric auto igniter does not work properly & the button sticks, but does not effect the performance of the BBQ.

This bbqtek is just awesome, good price, Perfect size, that is big and portable, powerfull, light aluminum... Definetly a MUST HAVE!

I love this little...little not too bad it has good heating but you'll need a larger tank 'cause this thing really cooks...14000 btu Just love it!

Good Buy
Just used it once while camping last month and going to use it again next month/ Im happy with the Performance and easy to clean. If you are looking for portable bbq than go for it esp if its on sale/

Served the purpose really well !
I was in need of a small compact grill .This unit was purchased for use at my trailer for one week at the beach. It cooks evenly,cooks perfectly and is easy to clean after use. Keeping in mind of course it was used for just myself. Everyone in my group had their own grills. I was fortunate enough to get this one on sale and it is well worth the $29.99 I paid for it ! I give this grill a 5 out of 5.

Good cheap bbq
I have this BBQ for a year now and I never took a very good care of it. I had it as my main bbq, meaning I wouldn't get it clean after use, I would just use the bbq brush on the grill and that's it.
It has been at my balcony for the whole time, taking raining, cold, snow etc...
It's pretty beat up but still works. I guess if you would take a good care of it, it might last a long time.
Recommended!
