Lasted only 1 season
Initially, I was very happy with the product once I got it home last Spring. The handles at the top made it fairly easy to pull off and put back on. It appeared to be heavy duty and built to last. Not so much. Within 30 days, the colour started fading to a lilac shade on the top where it was most exposed to sun. By the end of the summer it was more purple than grey. I see many other buyers have posted reviews sharing e a similar experience. This weekend, the fabric started coming apart. In pulling it off, it caught the corner on one side of the BBQ and ripped wide open. I expect this was due to its weakened state as suggested by the weathering and discoloration. I have never ripped a cover of this thickness before. The last cover I had of similar gauge lasted 10 years. It also stayed grey. It wasn't a Cuisinart and I won't be purchasing another Cuisinart product anytime soon.

Substandard stitching and product
Bought this because it looked like a great cover, very heavy-duty material, and the dimensions seemed right for my BBQ. Unfortunately the stitching is so poorly done, I can't decide if it's supposed to be a double-stitch across all the seams or if one line of stitching was a mistake that was only partially removed at the factory.
Either way, the remaining line of thread is not nearly enough to hold this cover together, and the thread is the type I'd use to put a button back on a shirt (ie, not even close to strong enough for this cover). A couple of the corners already showed holes that you could stick a finger through.
The stitching, combined with the colour problem others reported, means this purchase is going straight back to Canadian Tire. Honestly very surprised that Cuisinart would put their name on something like this, but maybe I was wrong and it's not such a good brand after all.

TURNS PURPLE
this cover turned purple after a few weeks & got worse over time. it lasted 11 months until it ripped 12" on the top when i grabbed it from the vent hole. overall i wasn't very impressed with it. i definately wouldn't buy another.

Don't like the color
It's a good sturdy cover and fits good but after
a few weeks in the sun it turned a light purple
color on the side facing the sun.

Doesn't fit my Cuisinart BBQ
I was shocked to find that my $700 bbq didn't come with a cover... oh well I says, covers are consumables. I don't expect them to last as long as the bbq..
So off to the store I go. I go to the bbq section, it's torn apart, ok fine. It's not bbq season... But lo and behold, they have two of these covers. Medium and Large. The large says '62 inches'. PERFECT I say, because for once I was smart enough to measure my Q >BEFORE< going to the store (60 inches) and was happy I didn't have to measure the cover, because it was stated on the front of the box.
Anyway, drive home. It's raining.. good time to fire the cover on, so open er up..
2 beers later i'm scratching my head trying to stretch this thing over my bbq and fearing i'm going to rip it. I spend TWO HOURS fighting this cover and gave up.. went back and got the Mantis one (product #85-1489-0) and it fits fine.
I'd put this down as a 1 star, but I can't honestly say it's terrible simply because it didn't fit.. maybe someone stuffed the wrong one in the box and I got a medium in a large box. The cover itself was thick and beefy so it probably would have been a great cover, so i'm giving it a solid 3 stars.
I'm sad I don't have a Cuisinart cover though, my whole kitchen has that logo on it (well, what doesn't say Ikea anyway heh)
