BEFORE YOU BUY - READ THIS !!!
I read all the reviews before purchasing this gazebo. I also set this item 'on alert'. So in late April 2013 - I got a Price Alert - $100 Off.
I went to my local CT to buy this and went to the Main Desk. When I asked about the size of the packed product, they said they would deliver it to my home for $40 if I was within 10km. YEAH !!! It sure wasn't gonna fit in my Mazda.
Now here's the BEST thing for me - I am 69 years young. The lady then asked if I wanted it assembled. Are you kidding??? NO - she said. How much??? $40 - forty dollars???
OK ! So I get $100 off the original price - BUT I get delivery AND assembly for $80. WOW !!!
Delivery came on the selected date, and an hour later, their guy showed up. He had done a bunch and he knew where to begin and how to lay it out. All my wife I did was some unpacking and a little lifting when it was time. He did the rest - in 5 1/2 hours !!!
We love the product - we now have curtains, laid down outdoor carpet, and are now planning some eaves to catch the rain in Vancouver.

BEST GAZEBO ON THE MARKET
HAVE HAD 4 GAZEBOS OVER LAST 10 YEARS. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST STABLE ONE YET. THE PLANS ARE EASY TO FOLLOW, AS LONG AS YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ THOROUGHLY & TO RE-AQUANIT YOURSELF WITH PREVIOUS STEPS AND TO GO AHEAD OF THE STEP YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON, TO SEE THE END RESULT. THIS MADE PUTTING IT TOGETHER FAIRLY EASY. ALL BOLTS/WASHERS/NUTS ARE LAID OUT BY STEP. I READ AND HAD THE BOLTS, ETC. READY, WHILE HE PUT IT TOGETHER. TOTAL TIME- 3.5 HOURS FOR ROOF "TRUSSES &RAILS". FINISHED NEXT DAY TO LIFT AND PUT ROOF ON LAST IN ABOUT 3.5 TO 4 HOURS. WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING CURTAINS / NETTING ALSO SOLD BY CANADIAN TIRE , FOR THIS ITEM.

This is Offshore workmanship at it's finest.
This gazebo is a dog to assemble. Nothing fits. Pre drilled and tapped welded in bolts do not line up, off square corners result in near impossible assembly of roof panels properly. While ease of assembly is there (kinda), the quality of the fit and finish so to speak is sadly lacking for the price. To summize, I would not recommend this product as due to the aforementioned problems, I doubt that it will meet the snow load recommendations etc. Move past this item, even if you need to spend a few extra bucks.

love it
We bought this and I love it even more than I thought. It is gorgeous and a great deal. I do recommend you purchase the "setup" package as my husband is very handy and it took him about 6+ hours to put it together and 3 other men to lift and put it on the pedestals. 5 star!!!!!

Great product
We recently purchased this gazebo and I can tell you that is looks amazing. Quality, sturdy product with a great solid rooftop for all four canadian seasons. Now we can enjoy our hot tub anytime of day/night or time of year.

Good Gazebo, but not perfect
I followed other's suggestions, assembled the roof frame, attached the feet and then used a ladder to complete the roof.
One thing I noticed is that the roof panels have a 1 cm leeway for installation. So, when I installed the roof panels, I pulled them down as far as I could. However, I ran into a bit of problem when installing the center (raised# members #covering the gaps between the panels). This raised member had holes that lined up with holes on the roof frame. However, because of the way I installed the panels, I had a bit of a hard time getting those members installed. So, when you install the roof panels, center them about the bolt.
I also don't understand why there is no bug screen for the gap between the little top roof and the rest of the roof.
Other than those two issues, I'm pretty happy with it.

Overall pleased with this gazebo, but one big con
We just put up the gazebo, so I can't comment on the durability of it, but the materials seem solid and of better quality than our last gazebo.
The installation was straightforward, and possible to do by one person over an 8 - 10 hour period. My husband put it up over four days. (Would have helped, but it took 2 arms to keep the kids out of the way ;) He is not particularly handy, so this should reassure those of you who think you can't do it.
The gazebo itself is slightly bigger than 10 x 12 so be careful if your space is tight.
The look is very chic and much more appealing than the others on the market.
We purchased additional material to screw it into a concrete patio. Easy enough to do.
One major con: this gazebo transfers a lot of heat. It was 26 degrees and sunny today, and I'm sure it was about 3 or 4 degrees hotter under the gazebo... which begs the question: Who designs a gazebo and chooses heat absorbing material? This really reduces the benefit of having a gazebo!
Overall pleased... would also have liked a peekaboo panel for the stars/blue sky.

enclosure solution
I bought this gazebo last August and got a bit of use out of it before winter arrived and cannot complain at all. One thing I'll mention is not to wait until that far into the summer as I was all over the GTA trying to find one, and I think I got the last one. They rarely go on sale and they are still worth the regular price. I wont get into all the details of setting it up, as they have all been mentioned in previous reviews. Ours was set up on a stone patio and was not fastened down at all. It did not move, even with some of the wind we had over the winter and spring, so for those of you who may be worried about it moving - don't. When you start putting it together, you'll soon see the weight of it provides a slim to nil chance of any movement.
As for enclosing it, I didn't even opt to buy the accessories for it, as other reviews put me off. I asked some people at work, if they had any suggestions and one person mentioned getting outdoor fabric at a fabric store. I don't sew and lucky for me they had outdoor fabric with grommets, so I bought about 8 panels and some hooks and it looked great. They can be hung on the rods it comes with and I went through several different hooks before I settled on those ' binder rings' that you can get at an office supply store. One other thing, since I bought the panels near the end of August they were on sale, otherwise they can be expensive. I threw them in the washing machine last Fall and they are all ready for this summer. Overall, the gazebo was a great purchase and I highly recommend it for anyone still sitting on the fence about whether to buy it. Hope that helps.

Still Loving it
It has been 2 years since I put up this gazebo; I wrote a review just after assembling it (shooter1965, April 30, 2011). I have to say after 2 winters, and some pretty serious wind storms this gazebo still looks like the day I put it together. No rust, some aluminum rattling noise during high winds, but nothing too serious.
Mine is on my 16x20 deck and screwed down, we have installed the gazebo net lights (52-3088-0) and they look fabulous. We also have a Napleon Patioflame table in the centre, it is perfect on a cool night with the walls closed
Best gazebo ever!!! If you are considering it, I gotta say... you won't be disappointed.
Still the only problem I have had is the small drip during rain that will leak in about 1 foot from the centre edge of each wall.
It would be great if the manufacturer would make matching aluminum panels for walls , maybe something about 3 feet high with screening the rest of the way up, then it would be a real 4 season gazebo.

Excellent Gazebo for the Money
I purchased this gazebo during the spring of 2012. It took approximately 8 hours for two people to completely assemble this unit. The instructions were very straight forward other that the timing for installing the roof panels. I too took the advice of others to install the roof panels last. It work out beautifully as the shear weight of the roof with the panels installed would have taken a lot more muscle to lift to install the posts. The quality of the powder coated finish is good and I too was hoping with all of the strong winds that we have had over the last few months that the unit would not come apart. Its still standing strong and gives great shade. My only complaint is that because the roof is metal - there is quite a bit of heat transfer to where you are sitting in the shade on really hot days. Other than that - great unit - well worth the money invested.
