Good swingset for my little girl
We have recently purchased this swingset for our little girl who was about 9 months when we bought it. Since, she loves the swing. She has started to go down the slide and walk up the rockwall with help. The sandbox is a good size for one baby, but isn't big at all especially if you plan to have more than one child use it. The duration of the assembly of the swing set is more than a couple of hours!

Good only if you want it to last for a year
I am extremely disappointed with this set. We bought it three years ago and now it's falling apart. The wood has cracked and the slide has almost come off. It is not a safe product to use anymore and I would never buy a wooden set again.

would not recommend
Slide was good.. the sandbox is too small, the slide broke on our playcentre that was being used by a 3 yr old child and to get a replacement slide for the playcentre woudl cost me 213.00 totally unacceptable in my opinion. Now I am left with a 2 yr old playcentre that is only good for the swings, and I have to go buy a new set since the cost of a playcentre isn't much more then the slide itself.

Great for the price
This is a good set and when it's on sale for $279, even better! That's when we bought it. The directions however, are more complicated then they need to be. There are many nuts, bolts and washers which should have been packaged by each section of the directions instead of clumped together in a few big bags. When it came to the plates, the directions were horrible!
The assembly took 6 hours with 3 adults. The directions imply children would be able to set it up themselves, however, not so much!
The good: My daughters of 7 years and 3 years old love it. We had bought a metal framed swing set less then 3 years ago and it was so faded and rusting that I didn't even like looking at it. This set looks really good and it's very sturdy. It's made out of cedar, which is a very soft wood. Keep that in minding putting it together, it dings and scratches easily. But being cedar, it should last a long time against rotting. The swings are much better then the flat plastic ones on other sets. These are adaptable to any size. I sat on it and even found it it fine.
There is a 10 year limited warranty on this, which this site doesn't say but it is in the instruction booklet.

Love it!
We've had this play structure for 3 years now, and are very pleased with it. Reading the other reviews, I honestly think some people failed to follow the instructions, because we've had no problems with this structure whatsoever. My suggestions? Ensure you ANCHOR THE STRUCTURE PROPERLY, and ensure that it is LEVEL. If you fail to do these things properly in the beginning, you're setting the product up for failure because you'll be using it in conditions it wasn't designed for. The only "maintenance" we've done is making tightening the nuts/bolts every spring. Would we recommend this play structure to others? Absolutely!

Satisfied costumer
I was hesitant to buy this product as I had read the negative reviews. I realized that most satisfied customers probably didn't take the time to sign up to the website and write a review which is why I decided to. The set up took my husband and I about 3 hours. The directions were easy to follow. I am very satisfied with the end product and would recommend this set. The kids love it. And it also didn't hurt that it was on sale and I saved $100.

Sunview Playset
I have rated this product with 5 full stars!! My 5 year old loves this, Very easy to assemble, Took my husband 1 hour, easy to follow instructions. The wood looks beautiful. My 12 year old 120 pound child can even use the swings and it can hold his weight, without moving. Make sure you dig your holes deep for the posts and mount on level ground, or you can expect this set to sway. Buy it, you will not be disappointed!!

DON'T BUY IT
I agree with most of the other reviews. The cheap splintery wood is already garbage before we have finished installing it. The bolt holes were placed incorrectly. The instructions show one mount position in one picture, and the opposite in the next. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. AND TIME. I don't know if we can even return it. I think it will tip over if both my 4 year old & 6 year old swing together. Our wood steps were not even stained, unlike the picture. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.

wouldn't recommend
I bought this wood set thinking it would be more sturdy, last longer, and be more durable as the kids (ages 2,4,9) get bigger but was sadly disappointed by the quality of wood. The first day there were pieces that were splitting. In my honest opinion I think a metal one would of been a better buy. I do not and would not recommend this swing set to anyone.
