steam cleaner
I bought this 4 years ago and I am still happy with the purchase especially since it saves money on cleaning supplies. Gave it a 4 star as my store doesn't seem to carry replacement cloths but I will make one if needed. It's very light and easy to fill.

2nd time buying product
This is my 2nd time after my first one broke after 7 years. I am a firm believer in cleaning w/o chemical. The scents in cleaners gives me headaches. I use my steamer for stove, cracks and crevices and bbq to cleaning out my car. It works awesome!
The newer product has been updated from my old one. The cord is longer, the hose is longer as well as covered switch and the nossle to pour watch in screws in tight. There is also a cup and funnel as well as a bigger attachment for cleaning the floors. Never been dissatisfied. Would buy the product again! I can clean my kitchen and bathroom in just over an hour. Cupboards and fridge and stove and everything.

I think its awesome!
as a woman who suffers from Asthma and usually takes me a whole week to clean my due to the chemicals that affect my heart and breathing ~ I was able to clean my whole house in one day!!
I was very hesitant about buying one of these types of products but now i'm a believer!!
I recommend it but I also recommend buying the extra pads and extra detail brushes if the store has them cos I've heard the company no longer makes this model
over all...I would highly recommend it if you have grout on your tiles and a problem shower! cos my shark zapped right through it ALL

good if you only use once
this is substandard product. dont waste money on this - we bought one and the first had missing seals - returned it for another and it worked great the first time. after that the floor attachment leaked all over and got really hot on the hands. threw it out and went out and bought a good one that we have been using for almost two years!

Absolutely USELESS
This product is a joke. A damp rag did a better job at cleaning. Steam is vapourized water from heating above boiling temps.This machine creates a mist, not steam. The resulting vapour has no effect on anything. The only cleaning that may occur is from a low pressure pressure washer effect. The people who rant about tile cleaning abilities should realize that it wasn't the steam, it was the brush after wetting the surface with warm water. Returned this immediately for refund.

Great product
Great product, I mostly use it to clean tiles but you can use it all over the place.
The only issue is that once the brushes are used, you need to order them online...I couldn't find them in any store. But if you don't mind ordering them online, it's a good purchase.

Awesome purchase
I bought this on sale to clean grout specifically. It did an amazing job and I cannot wait to try it on other things.

I already own the steam floor mop and love it as well.

Discontinued
My wife bought this to clean grout and shower/tub door tracks. She went through the two detail brushes the first time she used it and can't find new brushes. The two Shark web sites don't list this model as it was discontinued some time ago. Seems like CT bought up all the old stock but not the accessories. Shark is trying to find a source for the brushes for us.

I bought this steamer last week and I am very pleased with it...It is not amazing but really good. I need help re: cleaning windows and mirrors..Perhaps I do not use it properly..It leaves marks...Is there anyone out there who uses it on windows and know what to do?

Will never buy Shark products again!
This is a fair good product. I was happy with my purchase until the attachement hose broke. I did contact Shark company to purchase another one, but..it is discontinued! You can buy accesories but not parts! And because it has parts made of plastic (like the hose!) the whole device becames useless! Note: now is extremely pricy, Shark company does not list this product anymore on their website, so you'll end up using it for a short time (I used mine for a year). Definetly not worth the money!
